What Are You Letting Go Of This Fall?

The trees have it all figured out. When the air turns crisp, they do not cling to every leaf like it’s their last. They let go in bright, bold and unapologetic ways; and in doing so, make space for rest, renewal, and the promise of something new.

So consider, what are you ready to release this fall?

  • The clutter in your closet that makes you sigh every time you open the door.
  • A habit that doesn’t serve you (doomscrolling at 2am, anyone?).
  • Old stories you tell yourself about who you have to be.
  • A relationship that drains you more than it fills you.
  • Or simply the idea that you need to have it all figured out.

Fall invites us to drop what is heavy, trust the cycle, and believe that we do not lose ourselves when we let go, but rather, we find space for who we are becoming.

Imagine the falling leaves and consider this…

What in your life is ready to drop away?

Acknowledge it. Honor it. Thank it…and then let it drift away

Because just like the trees, we are not meant to hold on forever.
